Puma 1978 Easy Rider trainers reissued
By British Street Style Genius | November 3, 2008
The word ‘trainers’ doesn’t seem to do justice to the Puma Easy Rider. In its day, it was a cutting-edge running shoe.
And that day was 1978. 30 years on and these rugged shoes are back on the market, packing those same rugged soles for running in the wilds – or just jogging to the local shop in the winter.
The shoes have a lightweight nylon underlay, with suede detailing and two lace options. They’ve also been slightly ‘distressed’, just so everyone thinks they’re original I suspect.
Retro rules!
