Adidas Superstar Vintage

This latest Superstar offering is a replica of the shoe first introduced back in 1969 in its original colourway. The shoe weighs in at a hefty £85 but for your wonga you get the original colour scheme and silhouette, a premium leather upper, brushed suede stripes and heel tab, a goldleaf side panel print and the classic shell toe. The shoe is currently on pre order right now so if your feeling flush track a seller down and get your name on the list!

My Adidas – Run DMC

A couple of days ago one of my face book friends sent me a youtube video of a cool Hip Hop mix from 1988 and it reminded me of a video I keep meaning to post on SolePower. I first heard this tune back in about 1993 when I was djing on a radio station in the midlands. I was playing northern soul and funk and the guy that followed me was playing old school hip hop and jazz funk. After my spot this is the tune that he followed me with….obviously it must have made a big impression on me as I can still recall the memory to this day! Enjoy…FRJ

Back for good….

Apologies for the downtime taking a little bit longer than anticipated but hopefully everything is sorted and the site should now be able to move forward…
The last couple of weeks have seen quite a few decent styles turn up so heres a quick run down of a small selection that are up for grabs right now in the solepower ebay store; Adidas Marathon TR Low, Fila Vintage Tennis Leather, Adidas Kopenhagen, Adidas Melbourne, Adidas Matchplay (Tournament Edition), Adidas Zodiak and several styles of old favourites like the Superstar and Stan Smith.
